All services are provided by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products. Service availability may vary by location and scheduling requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

Users of our services agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
  • Ensure reasonable access to the premises to be cleaned
  • Remove or secure fragile, valuable, or personal items before service
  • Inform us of any special requirements, allergies, or sensitivities
  • Provide appropriate payment for services rendered
  • Treat our staff with respect and courtesy
  • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance of cancellation or rescheduling

4. Booking and Scheduling

All cleaning services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. Booking confirmations will be provided via email or SMS. We require:

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice for service cancellations or rescheduling
  • Payment confirmation before service commencement
  • Clear access instructions and any special requirements
  • Emergency contact information in case of access issues

ShineFlux Cleaning Services operates during business hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-18:00, Saturday 9:00-14:00, and Sunday for emergency services only.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
  • Recurring service clients may arrange monthly billing
  • Returned payment fees of £25 will be charged for bounced checks
  • Late payment may result in service suspension

Pricing is determined based on the size of the premises, scope of work, and frequency of service. Written estimates will be provided before service commencement.

6. Liability and Insurance

ShineFlux Cleaning Services maintains comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to:

  • Direct damage caused by our negligence or misconduct
  • Claims reported within 48 hours of service completion
  • Maximum liability not exceeding the value of the service provided

Clients are responsible for:

  • Securing valuable or fragile items before service
  • Reporting damages immediately upon discovery
  • Providing proof of pre-existing conditions if claiming damage

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our service:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will return within 48 hours to address any concerns at no additional charge
  • If satisfaction is still not achieved, a full or partial refund may be provided

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. We collect and use personal data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR regulations:

  • Personal information is collected solely for service provision
  • Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent
  • Clients have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data
  • Marketing communications are only sent with explicit consent

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to engage in unlawful activities. Prohibited uses include:

  • Attempting to circumvent our booking and payment systems

10. Termination

  • Violation of these terms of service
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff
  • Requests for services beyond our scope or capabilities

Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due and payable.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
